Yangon wall, reborn of the black alley

Between 33rd and 35th streets in downtown, there is an initiative project called Yangon Wall. It's an initiative to take trash from the back alleys that have been overflowing with garbage and let it reincarnate into a gallery with young artists painting and putting up playground equipment.

Their "art museum" is next to their ordinal life.

The Yangon Wall has become a restful place for young people to gather and is popular on Instagram. Most importantly, it's interesting to see how people are living there.

An ordinal back street with no notable mention becomes a valuable place for tourists to visit, and local people who have been throwing away trash in the past have noticed the comfortableness of living in a beautiful city.

The art consequently creates order in the city.

If you would like to touch with such an interesting local lifestyle, you would better go back alley.
